Marketing Campaign Specialist

The role involves managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, acting as a bridge between brands, creators, and sellers. The ideal candidate has excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns without compromising quality or timelines.

This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and gets things done under pressure. The successful candidate will bring structure, clarity, and ownership to every campaign, understanding the nuances of brand and creator communication.

Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end execution of campaigns, coordinating cross-functional communication, managing up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneously, taking full ownership of timeline coordination, influencer slating, draft review and verification, ensuring full completion of deliverables, acting as the voice of the influencer throughout the process, delivering white-glove service to clients, ensuring alignment with brand tone, voice, and strategy, staying updated with platform trends, creator shifts, and what's going viral, negotiating influencer rates and understanding estimated budgets, tracking and optimizing campaign budgets, monitoring deliverables and ensuring high-quality content that meets brand guidelines and campaign goals, proactively flagging and resolving issues, escalating when necessary and proposing solutions, and staying organized and managing multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables in parallel.
