Professional Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to fill the position of Mental Health Therapist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families in an outpatient setting, providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy. A valid driver's license and a graduate degree in a related field are required.
Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, such as CASSP principles, cultural competence, and Medical Assistance regulations, is essential for this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are also necessary.
- Provide therapy services to children and their families.
- Collaborate with schools, school districts, and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Develop and maintain treatment plans, and complete documentation according to established guidelines.
- Participate in staff training and supervision, and assist with audits as needed.
