This position supports offshore project execution, including brownfield modifications and process improvements. The role will involve translating engineering designs into practical scopes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in project phases, from concept selection to execution of offshore projects
  • Translate engineering deliverables into practical scopes, including input to workpacks, commissioning procedures, and offshore execution plans
  • Provide process input to procurement and support on-site execution
  • Collaborate closely with construction, operations, HSE, and marine teams for offshore readiness

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in Chemical / Process Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5–6 years' experience in oil & gas, ideally with offshore brownfield or FPSO background

Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of oil, gas, and water processing systems (separation, gas compression, water treatment, utilities)
  • Experience with process simulation tools (e.g., HYSYS, UniSim), PFD/P&ID development, and safety studies (HAZOP, SIL)
  • Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, IEC) and E&P company practices
  • MS Office package (mandatory)

Additional Requirements

Power BI is desirable but not mandatory.
