HSE Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to join our team at Nordex SE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.

• Develop and implement HSE management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical departments to identify and address HSE-related design and documentation issues.
• Develop and maintain HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Support the development of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Provide HSE support to country managers and project teams.

• Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Environmental) and postgraduate studies in Health, Safety, and Environmental.
• Desirable 5 years of experience in a Health, Safety, and Environmental role, preferably in construction or civil works.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
