Job Title: Technology Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our technology service delivery team for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2027.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in IT service management to join our team and contribute to the success of this high-profile event.

About the Role:

The Senior Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a fit-for-purpose integrated support model across all phases of the project.
  • Managing IT service management processes and procedures, including the use of ITSM tools.
  • Establishing service level agreements (SLAs) in accordance with the FIFA Technology Handbook.
  • Leading the Service Delivery area within the FWWC27 Technology Project team.
  • Recruiting and managing direct reports who will be responsible for delivering their key areas of scope.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or similar higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years overall IT experience, with at least 4 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in the sports/major event industry.
  • A proven track record of successful delivery of complex IT programs and projects.
  • Strong IT skills and relevant knowledge in Service Delivery Management.
