Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled ER Nurse to join our team. This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced emergency room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine patients upon arrival and perform triage tasks to assess their condition
- Identify injuries, signs, and symptoms, and communicate assessment to the physician
- Assist in patient treatment and explain prescription information to patients and their families
- Know facility and government policies related to patient treatment, transfer, and discharge
- Educate patients and their families about continued treatment at home before discharge
Requirements:
- CA license
- 2 years of experience or more
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
- Travel experience preferred
- TNCC certification preferred
