We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global data governance initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international data protection regulations and driving innovation in emerging technologies like AI.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR, LGPD, and other applicable regulations) and experience in cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder management.
The role involves:
- Leading comprehensive privacy risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for projects across the organization.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection laws across multiple jurisdictions in LATAM, Africa, and Asia.
- Conducting contract reviews for privacy clauses and leading vendor privacy assessments for strategic partnerships.
- Developing AI governance frameworks and conducting AI Impact Assessments for emerging technology implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Data protection and privacy courses or formal training.
- Advanced English proficiency for global stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and research skills with ability to find solutions for unprecedented privacy challenges.
- Experience in contract negotiation and partners and vendor management.
