Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve software-related issues from internal or external customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Document specifications, design, features, and operation of applications before production rollout, adhering to established best practices.
  • Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Mentor other developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in software development principles and practices.
  • 8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years of healthcare data experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets and relational databases, ensuring efficient data management and analysis.
  • 8+ years of experience with ETL processes and optimization of SQL/Oracle queries, with a focus on performance improvement and scalability.
  • Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, with expertise in designing and developing robust, scalable software systems.
