Grupo Accord is hiring a Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our team.
The role involves delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they are in perfect condition without damages. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing vehicles for delivery, checking that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate;
- Performing technical deliveries of sold vehicles, guiding customers on key components and features;
- Analyzing and processing necessary documentation, ensuring all procedures are correct and completed;
- Checking and following the mandatory checklist during vehicle delivery;
- Scheduling appointments with customers according to delivery schedules and daily capacity;
- Providing a positive customer experience throughout the delivery process, with attention to detail and quality service.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license (Category B);
- Technological proficiency;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with administrative routines.
Benefits: Full-time employment opportunity, working hours 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
