The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist will contribute to designing and implementing quality assurance frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing efficiency, and drive innovation in the field.
- Work closely with the SQA team to develop centralized test frameworks and define requirements.
- Contribute novel ideas for technological advancements within the team.
- Help build automated test suites for internal tools and applications.
- Participate in crafting core test suites and help establish quality standards.
- Support research efforts of the Unity and SDK teams.
- Maintain and support test architecture based on the needs of game and engineering teams.
- Define tooling and best practices for automation.
- Contribute to the overall QA strategy.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and Python, experience in front-end frameworks like React or Angular, and Node.js.
- Experience testing software development kits (SDKs) for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to define and monitor quality rules using tools like Datadog, BugSnag, etc.
- Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or WDIO.
- Knowledge of AWS services and databases like Postgres and MongoDB.
- Understanding of API contract testing, Linux environments, CI/CD workflows, and DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a global team.
