Project Manager

Based in Brazil, you will be working with a global company specializing in supply chain sustainability.

  • Coordinate and monitor launched projects to drive positive impact in the project landscape.
  • Responsible for the successful rollout of subprojects, meeting quantitative and qualitative targets on time while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Work closely with Project and Data team members, KAMs, and Specialists.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Project management: coordinate, supervise, and monitor progress.
  • Stakeholders management: engage and train relevant parties.
  • Internal coordination & reporting during project implementation.
  • Team management & administration for implementing partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Natural Resource Management, Agronomy, Forestry, Agroforestry, Rural Development, or equivalent field.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with rural producers on agroforestry and reforestation activities.
  • Comfortable using data collection and data management tools.
  • Basic knowledge in GIS systems, spatial analysis, and remote sensing.
  • Understanding of carbon certification requirements for afforestation/reforestation projects is desirable.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills (implementing partners, local authorities).
  • A solution-driven mindset.
  • Languages: Portuguese (fluent), English (intermediate) desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel within project areas.
  • Availability to reside close to Patrocínio, Poços de Calda (MG) or Franca (SP), Brazil.
