Accounting Professional - Operational Role

Join a dynamic organization with a cutting-edge technology platform that connects travelers with global hotel and holiday properties. This accounting position will work across core operational entities, focusing on accommodation and flight reservations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and fixed assets register.
  • Issue and control invoices, tax invoices, and receipts.
  • Coordinate with intercompany teams for month-end closing and confirmation.
  • Correspond with external auditors for statutory financial reports.
Requirements:
  • 8 years' experience in accounting field with a bachelor's degree in accountancy.
  • Proficiency in accounting standards, such as IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standard.
  • Preparation of statutory reports and proficiency in ERP software (Oracle preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office packages (Excel and PowerPoint).
Bonus Points:
  • Experience in preparing financial statements under US GAAP and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (Oracle preferred) and accounting experience in online travel agency business.
