Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Business Architecture: Design, own, and maintain the overall business and technical architecture for the domain, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Inform Business Domain Strategy: Translate the business domain strategy into a technical roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with the enterprise architecture.
- Provide Expertise and Guidance: Offer technical guidance and support to Product Owners, Business Technology Partners, and Engineers, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement and security, to optimize cost, prevent redundancy, and increase efficiency.
- Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of information architecture standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in the field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Solution/Enterprise Architect in a technology/digital organization at a multinational company.
- Skills: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining business capability maps, in-depth technological knowledge, and ability to leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence key business and technology stakeholders, with a strong understanding of architectural frameworks and risk requirements.
