Project Delivery Specialist

The role of the Project Delivery Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the success of projects. This involves close collaboration with the team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project planning and set user story deliverables for successful project execution.
  • Design and develop efficient ABAP codes for SAP development activities, incorporating best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Develop customized programs and work with consultants on specifications to deliver tailored customer solutions.
Process Improvement and Sustainability
  • Identify areas for IT process improvement and prioritize initiatives to drive efficiency.
  • Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvement during Scrum, Gemba, Sprint Retro meetings.
  • Support the implementation and sustainability of new processes.
Skills Development and Knowledge Sharing
  • Develop new technical skills to design innovative IT solutions, including knowledge of object-oriented programming.
  • Share expertise with colleagues to enhance their skills and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Java, .Net, and RDBMS programming languages.
  • Relevant certifications such as SAP HANA, Salesforce, or SAP mobile developments would be beneficial.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to effectively interact with business and IT teams.
  • Experience in Agile/Lean environments would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in IT Trouble Shooting and experience in Manufacturing and Distribution environments would be valuable assets.
