Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Platform Developer to lead the development and implementation of our private cloud application.

About the Role

  • Develop high-performance cloud and container technologies using Python as the primary programming language.
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions and code that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Investigate and resolve issues reported during testing and customer integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts clearly and provide project updates.

Requirements

  • Solid backend development skills with a strong understanding of Linux Essentials.
  • Moderate knowledge of hardware, processes, programs, and components of the Linux Operating System.
  • Proficient in working on the command line and with files.
  • System security: users/groups and file permissions for public and private directories.
  • Experience with GIT, Jira, Gitlab, and code review tools.
  • Strong computer networking knowledge on the application (HTTP/HTTPS/SIP/etc.) and transport (TCP/UDP/etc.) layers.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Linux Containers, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
  • Experience with Kubernetes Cluster Administration and App Development.
