We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technologist to partner with customers, drive revenue growth and help shape the adoption of cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working in software development or Internet-related industries is essential, along with knowledge of common enterprise services, products and frameworks.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and operating solutions built on AWS, and be familiar with best practices around advanced-based solutions and cloud migration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
  • Conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using AWS
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solutions architect community
  • Author or contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers
  • Build relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking
  • 3+ years relevant experience in technology/software sales
  • Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (Verbal, Written, Speaking)
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products and technical challenges
