Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Process a range of payment types such as upfront, annual and adhoc, in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare and draft invoices and related correspondence.
- Landholder Compensation: Analyze Landholder Annual Compensation.
- Upstream Water and Gravel Volumes Payments: Responsible for the Upstream Water and Gravel Volumes payments to landholders on a monthly basis.
- Cancellation Notices: Execution of cancellation notices where infrastructure has been terminated.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Responsible for Quality Assurance and Control of land access contracts and documents.
- Land Access CRM Champion: Championing the Land Access CRM, to ensure the reliability and accuracy of all landholder and contract information including timeframes and review dates.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a Tertiary qualification in a relevant area of Finance, Accounting or relevant financial experience.
You will possess strong contract and economic analysis skills, demonstrating a high level of practical experience in finance/accounting, as well computing skills and the ability to effectively utilise support systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong planning and workload prioritisation skills, with a very strong attention to detail are also essential.
