Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Analyst to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our collections team, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting daily processes and activities, such as identifying, writing off securities and accounting for payments, sending receipts and proof of payments, and returning the balance available to the client, in accordance with internal procedures, deadlines, and established targets.
- Supporting management in controlling processes, following internal procedures and deadlines, through reports extracted from systems, analysis and controls to achieve the area's targets.
- Being a role model concerning KPIs, ensuring consistent results and compliance.
- Coordinating improvement processes with stakeholders.
- Delivering solutions that facilitate customer payments.
- Monitoring results and creating action plans for continuous improvement.
- Experience in accounts receivable.
- Technical skills: advanced Excel and Office package. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Advanced English Level (oral and written) and Advanced Spanish level (oral and written) (Required).
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, commercial degrees or related fields.
- Soft Skills: Good analytical skills, focused on results and good interpersonal relationships.
