Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at our organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating rehabilitation and enhancing patient independence.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' needs, develop, and deliver personalized physical therapy programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care, implementing individualized therapy programs that address specific impairments and limitations.
A key aspect of this role is your ability to supervise and train Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel. You will also design, fit, and apply adaptive devices, training patients in their use.
In addition, you will contribute to staffing conferences and other meetings, ensuring that patient care remains a top priority. Your commitment to providing exceptional service and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
Qualifications- Licensure: Hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility.
- Education: Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
Foreign-degree equivalents will be accepted in lieu of Master's degree, consistent with state licensing rules.
