Data-Driven Category Insights Specialist

In this dynamic setting, you will be the focal point for initiatives across our diverse portfolio of categories, including 99Plus, 99electric-Pro, 99Taxi, and more. Our portfolio aims to expand our core services, meet specific passenger needs, and open up new markets for us.
As a Categories Operations Analyst, you will monitor the operations of each category, providing performance insights to the team. You will design passenger profile segmentation and engagement strategies tailored to each category, analyze incentive strategies to understand efficiency levels, and identify improvement opportunities.
You will develop location-specific analysis to uncover opportunities and address operational challenges. Your responsibilities will also include creating presentations to share operational insights with stakeholders and foster strategic discussions, proposing and validating category-specific use cases and value propositions to enhance operations, and supporting ad-hoc analyses in collaboration with other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have an analytical profile with advanced knowledge of data tools (Excel / Database / SQL). Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders are also essential. Experience building and delivering impactful presentations is required, as well as sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
A willingness to learn and contribute to category expansion initiatives is necessary. The ability to thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment is also vital. A background in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields is preferred, along with advanced or fluent English language skills. Base location in São Paulo is required.
