Job OverviewA strategic leader is required to spearhead customer deployment projects, encompassing program and process initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of project profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.
- Drive customer deployment projects, including program and process initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT on systems and infrastructure processes.
- Manage team activities, onboarding, project assignments, and quality control.
- Provide first-line support and manage escalations for PS projects.
- Contribute to team goals such as reducing backlog, increasing CSAT responses, and improving quality.
- Handle revenue recognition and forecasting.
- Define project partners and team structure, including technical and business resources.
- Ensure clear project scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with partners.
- Develop and revise project timelines and landmarks using appropriate tools.
- Build and execute work plans, assigning responsibilities and tasks.
- Manage daily operational aspects of projects and scope.
- Work on operational projects for new services, IP delivery, partner communications, and scheduling.
- Review deliverables before client submission.
- Apply methodologies and project standards effectively.
- Minimize project risks and ensure proper documentation.
- Track and report team hours and expenses weekly.
- 10+ years of related experience or leading complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.
- Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Clarizen, @task, Liquid Planner).
- Good presentation skills (written, oral, PowerPoint).
- Organizational skills with tools like spreadsheets and mind maps.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across various levels.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
