Job Overview

A strategic leader is required to spearhead customer deployment projects, encompassing program and process initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of project profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.

  • Drive customer deployment projects, including program and process initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT on systems and infrastructure processes.
  • Manage team activities, onboarding, project assignments, and quality control.
  • Provide first-line support and manage escalations for PS projects.
  • Contribute to team goals such as reducing backlog, increasing CSAT responses, and improving quality.
  • Handle revenue recognition and forecasting.
  • Define project partners and team structure, including technical and business resources.
  • Ensure clear project scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with partners.
  • Develop and revise project timelines and landmarks using appropriate tools.
  • Build and execute work plans, assigning responsibilities and tasks.
  • Manage daily operational aspects of projects and scope.
  • Work on operational projects for new services, IP delivery, partner communications, and scheduling.
  • Review deliverables before client submission.
  • Apply methodologies and project standards effectively.
  • Minimize project risks and ensure proper documentation.
  • Track and report team hours and expenses weekly.
Candidate Requirements
  • 10+ years of related experience or leading complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of project profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Clarizen, @task, Liquid Planner).
  • Good presentation skills (written, oral, PowerPoint).
  • Organizational skills with tools like spreadsheets and mind maps.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across various levels.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience with G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
