We're seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Sao Paulo. As a key contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Information Systems & Digital projects.
Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical leads to develop product roadmaps and strategies
- Leverage your expertise to lead and mentor less experienced UX professionals
- Conduct end-user research to gain insights into business and user experience needs
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive UX/UI improvement strategies
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality UX/UI designs that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
About You:
- 1+ year of experience in a UX/UI Designer role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
