Immigration Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join our team in Southern California. As an immigration attorney, you will be responsible for setting strategy, guiding clients, and reviewing the work of our outstanding Case Managers using legal automation technology.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of and prior experience preparing and reviewing at least 3 of the following petition types: H1B, L1, E2, O1, PERM, EB1A, AOS. Additionally, they will have experience working with corporate clients who do not yet have an established immigration program, as well as training and supervising paralegals, case managers, and/or legal assistants.

  • Job Duties:
  • Set strategy and guide clients on immigration matters
  • Review the work of Case Managers using legal automation technology
  • Ensure compliance with correct legal standards related to various visa categories
  • Supervise and mentor Case Managers
  • Advising clients on electronic-posting process for LCAs and recruitment processes for PERM applications
  • Draft complex filings as needed
  • Ensure all submissions meet high quality standards
  • Communicate with clients to assess eligibility for business-related immigration benefits
  • Provide timely updates and respond to inquiries
  • Research legal issues related to immigration benefits
Requirements
  • JD or LLM and bar license from any US state
  • 2-5 years of relevant immigration attorney experience
  • Prior experience representing startups and emerging technology companies, individual creatives, or corporate clients without an established immigration program
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn technology tools quickly
