Procurement Expert

The role of the Procurement Expert is to develop and implement cost reduction strategies through in-depth analysis of cost structures, benchmarking of prices, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Analyze supplier quotes and cost breakdowns to ensure competitiveness.
• Build relationships with various business stakeholders, including Cost Control, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, NCO, Finance, and others.
• Facilitate internal knowledge sharing to identify roadblocks, escalate problems, and propose solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, manage project parameters, hard points, and guidelines.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow within the purchasing function.
• Familiarity with commodities such as Plastic Resins, Adhesives and Sealants, Stiffeners, Fuel and Lubricants is a plus.

• Experience in purchasing or related supply chain functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial, or Administration.
• Advanced English language skills; fluency will be considered a plus.

• São Paulo or Resende location.

• Hybrid work arrangement.

• Occasional business travel may be required.
