Job Title: LATAM Senior Logistics Procurement Analyst

Kenvue is a leading consumer goods company that is currently seeking a highly skilled LATAM Senior Logistics Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic procurement organization.

This role reports into the Manager, Logistics Procurement and is based at São Paulo or São José dos Campos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading transactions across diverse Logistics sub-categories within Latin America Procurement organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the end-to-end logistics procurement process for all logistics sub-categories, from sourcing and negotiation to contract execution and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions across various logistics sub-categories.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management, summarizing key procurement metrics, initiatives, and recommendations across various logistics segments.
  • Execute Logistics Procurement paperwork and develop controls, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of documentation for all logistics sub-categories transactions within our procurement organization.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of logistics procurement processes to identify areas for optimization and cost reductions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess supply chain requirements and strategize procurement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics and market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the logistics procurement landscape.
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies for diverse logistics sub-categories to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and compliance with established contracts, addressing any issues and fostering continuous improvement.
