- Point-of-Sale Support: Oversee the placement and maintenance of point-of-sale materials, displays, and other visual merchandising elements to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of materials and supplies used by the team, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
- Expense Control: Monitor and control expenses generated by the team, ensuring they are within budget and aligned with company financial goals.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with store managers and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive business results.
