DNV Global Shared Services is currently seeking a qualified lawyer to lead the Corporate Specialist activities in South America. Key responsibilities include maintaining good knowledge of relevant local laws related to documentation and licenses requirements, ensuring registration and maintenance for compliance and business continuity. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining corporate records in digital and physical form in DNV GL's corporate database, ensuring they are updated. Furthermore, the lawyer will support and advise the County Chair's efforts in various matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Local Law Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant local laws and regulations in South America.
  • Compliance and Business Continuity: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintain business continuity through effective documentation and licensing.
  • Corporate Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records in digital and physical form.
  • County Chair Support: Provide expert advice and support to the County Chair on various matters.
