UX Design Expert Wanted

We're seeking a seasoned UX expert to spearhead our design initiatives. This role requires someone who can challenge conventional thinking and stay curious about innovation.

You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, energized by lifelong learning and collaboration with diverse teams in an inclusive and empathic way.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with customers and SAP teams to drive design solutions.
  • Participate in calls with customers, product owners, and architects to understand business processes and requirements.
  • Create deliverables like wireframes, user journeys, flow diagrams, mock-ups, and click-through prototypes.
  • Foster lean UX principles to iterate on solutions and produce high-quality, intuitive designs.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to design and build solutions according to customer needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within a global team.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and work with world-class designers to elevate your professional skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • Proficient in design software like Figma, Sketch, UXD, Illustrator, Flinto, Photoshop, etc.
  • Experience with rapid UI prototyping tools such as Invision, Axure, Marvel, and SAP Build.
  • In-depth understanding of user-centered design processes and design thinking.
  • Customer interaction skills, ability to prioritize software requirements, identify reusability, and provide acceptable work-arounds.
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, resourceful, agile, and pragmatic.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Professional experience as UX Designer.
  • Previous experience with agile development methodologies is highly valued.
  • Experience in working on large development or implementation projects is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud-native solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori as design language is beneficial.
