This role focuses on delivering impactful results: measuring success by student achievements and driving rapid, data-backed iterations that improve learning outcomes.

• Architect and maintain the Brain Lifts framework to crystallize deep domain insights that power both human and AI decision-making.
• Lead rapid product iteration cycles using the OODA Loop methodology, delivering meaningful changes weekly with a laser focus on measurable student outcomes.

• Getting bogged down in traditional product management bureaucracy or endless roadmap discussions.
• Jumping to solutions before mastering the problem space.
• Managing long development cycles; we emphasize a weekly shipping cadence.
• Making technical architecture decisions—that is handled by our engineering team.

• Proven track record with 4+ years steering product vision and strategy in leadership positions.
• Experience launching a product from zero to $1M+ revenue, owning the journey from conception to market success.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools for professional analysis, research, and strategic planning.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD/hour, equating to $200,000 USD/year with 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. The payment period is weekly.
