About the Job
This role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and security of SBM Offshore's IT solutions in protecting its data and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, govern, and contribute to a fully integrated and aligned IT strategy across the organization.
- Explore areas of improvement within SBM Offshore's IT landscape and propose solutions with the IT Enterprise Architect team.
- Liaise with colleagues in different locations and disciplines to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Execute processes and best practices necessary to work according to the direction and strategy of Group IT.
- Maintain all security-related documentation and working instructions in the central repository.
- Ensure quality and accurate information of security assets in the CMDB.
- Participate in solving complex problems that involve security with the Network, Software, and System teams.
- Participate in cybersecurity activities and ICOSIT audits.
- Work on four main areas: Implementation, Support, Monitoring, and Reporting.
- Manage security incidents according to the Incident Management Process.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Cyber Security and Data Protection roles.
- Familiarity with hybrid security solutions, on-premise, and cloud environments.
- Relevant security-related certifications such as Cloud Security, Pentest, Vulnerability Assessor, and CompTIA Security +.
