Business Process Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to design, configure and support software solutions in a fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ERP order-to-cash business processes, with SAP expertise preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand functional requirements after completion of training.
  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process needs.
  • Perform unit testing and document scenarios.
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and communication.
  • Deliver applications on time.
  • Coordinate deliverables with senior consultants and team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent time-management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 year of experience as a consultant in SAP SD.
  • 1 year of experience in OTC processes.
  • 1 year of experience in configuration and implementation of SD or MM modules.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in pricing, MM module, FI module, S4HANA, and SD certification.
