The position of Flair Analyst is a pivotal role within our organization, playing a key part in ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers.

This analyst identifies opportunities for service improvement, implements standard work procedures, and manages risks associated with service delivery. The individual will monitor wells to provide timely and accurate information to customers, maintain sensors and equipment, and deliver high-quality data at the wellsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
  • Monitor, record, and process well data and parameters, guaranteeing the integrity and reliability of well data.
  • Compile End of Well Reports, ad hoc reports requested by customers, and daily reports.
  • Interact professionally with personnel and customer representatives from other service companies at the wellsite.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer well data.
  • Identify opportunities for improving service delivery processes.
  • Participate in risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  • Avoid accidents by adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
