Cultivate technical excellence as a Cloud Solutions Architect, driving customer success through innovative cloud-native solutions and fostering collaboration between sales, product management, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Present the benefits of cloud-native platforms to customers at all levels, showcasing unique differentiators and industry trends.
- Lead conversations on emerging changes in the security landscape, assisting customers in integrating Security, DevOps, and SecOps (DevSecOps).
- Act as an evangelist and trusted advisor, helping customers bring Security, DevOps, and SecOps together.
- Run Proof-of-Value (POV) initiatives to ensure customer requirements are met and aligned with their vision of success.
- Collaborate with product management, customer success, technical marketing, and R&D to build requirements, features, and technical solutions.
- Provide feedback from customers and deliver product future insights.
- Assist Channel Systems Engineers with partner enablement and lead generation activities.
- Develop relationships with Born-in-Cloud (BiC) partners for transformative customers.
- Significant experience in solution architecture/presales engineering.
- Expertise in cloud-native compute options such as containers (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, etc.) and serverless, as well as Public Cloud knowledge (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Experience building or modifying container orchestrator YAML deployments.
- Knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) solutions like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates is beneficial.
- Portuguese and Spanish language proficiency.
