We're seeking a seasoned Senior Staff Engineer to join our team.

This is a key opportunity for an experienced professional to make a lasting impact on the development of our platform.

As a Senior Staff Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading technical initiatives and collaborating with engineers to design and implement system architecture and engineering standards.

You'll work closely with the Software Architect and other engineers to build and maintain platform-level components, services, and libraries that enhance engineering efficiency and system maintainability.

Mentorship is a key aspect of this role, and you'll be expected to guide junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and hands-on guidance.

You'll also contribute directly to both server-side and client-side development across the entire stack.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, including proficiency in cloud development (AWS), Test Driven Development (TDD), RESTful APIs, React, MVC frameworks, and security concerns.

A strong understanding of computer science concepts, such as Big O notation, pointers, composition vs. inheritance, and data structures like arrays, sets, and linked lists, is also essential.

Database knowledge, particularly in SQL and NoSQL databases, is a plus.

About the Role

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in software development.
