Global Policy Advocacy Role

The Government Affairs team plays a critical role in understanding the global and local policy landscape, advocating on behalf of the organization, and promoting its ability to compete fairly and grow as a business.

This position will be responsible for engaging with policymakers, working on priority public policy issues affecting the organization in Latin America, and developing effective advocacy strategies. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with various groups and departments within the organization to advance its interests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public policy, excellent communication skills, and experience working in government or a similar environment. They will also be able to build diverse relationships, think strategically, and advise senior policymakers and business executives.

  • Foster relationships with policymakers and develop effective advocacy strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand their priorities and create approaches to key policy issues.
  • Drive engagement, partnerships, and thought leadership on key public policy issues with external organizations.

This is a hybrid role based in our São Paulo office, requiring travel to Brasília, Miami, and other locations as needed. The successful candidate will have a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and collegiality, with outstanding written and oral communication skills.
