Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the timely delivery of developments with high quality and comprehensive documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing upwards and delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) along with accompanying insights.

The selected individual will work in various technological domains and be expected to manage incidents, requests, and projects effectively. Key responsibilities include continuous improvement, reducing technical debt, and contributing to the design phase by providing input on designs and estimates.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT project management
  • Experience managing development teams and driving technical roadmaps
  • Technical expertise in SAP Development and management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

  1. Production Support: managing incidents and requests involving development.
  2. Project Work: managing multiple rollouts simultaneously.
  3. Continuous Improvement: improving the way developers work by increasing velocity, reducing incidents in production, and improving documentation.
  4. Reducing Technical Debt: decreasing debt incurred during projects.
  5. KPI Production and Analysis: creating and analyzing KPIs.
  6. Gatekeeper of Development Delivery and Quality: ensuring timely delivery of developments and maintaining high-quality standards.
  7. Timely Delivery of Development Roadmap: ensuring the development roadmap is completed on time.
  8. Quality Through Documentation, Peer Review, and Unit Testing: maintaining high-quality standards through documentation, peer review, and unit testing.
  9. Core Team Member for Rollouts: participating in core teams for rollouts.
  10. Contribution to Design Phase: contributing to designs and estimates during the design phase.
