As a dynamic and fast-paced real estate professional, you will support a U.S. investment team in identifying and executing high-impact deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help manage closing processes and transaction timelines to guarantee seamless deal completion.
  • Track construction budgets, milestones, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Manage contractor bids, vendor outreach, and communications to secure the best possible outcomes.
  • Support site oversight and execution of development tasks to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and track expenses to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Prepare budget summaries and support investor reporting to provide data-driven decision-making.
  • Organize financial data and maintain clear reporting systems to facilitate effective communication.
  • Provide direct support to leadership: managing meetings, tasks, and deadlines to guarantee timely execution.
  • Track progress on key projects and follow up on deliverables to ensure seamless project management.
  • Maintain systems for document management, communication, and project execution to ensure efficient operations.
