Job Title: Data Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Solutions Specialist.

As a key member of our Insurance Carrier client's team, you will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and translating business data stories into technical breakdown structures. You should be capable of designing, building, testing, and implementing data products of varying complexity with limited coaching and guidance.

  • Total Work Experience: 4-6 years
  • English Proficiency: Fluent
  • Insurance Background: Preferred
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
Key Skills

Proficiency in core Data Analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL is essential. Additional critical skills include cloud computing, networking concepts, APIs, open-source data products, data analysis, and profiling.

  • SQL / Snowflake: Advanced (5+ years)
  • Python: Advanced (+2 years)
  • DBT: Advanced (+2 years)
  • Power BI: Intermediate (+3 years)
  • Mainframe ZOS, JCL/PROC, COBOL: Intermediate (4-6 years)
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate (4-6 years)
  • Shell Scripting: Entry level (1-3 years)
  • ETL Tools: Entry level (1-3 years)
Soft Skills

Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are required.
