**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify efficiency improvements in department processes
- Bill invoices according to OPS requirements
- Ensure provision write-off
- Pre-Audit origin and carrier rates prior to billing
- Verify costs to avoid AR/AP issues
- Maintain satisfied customers through invoice quality
- Requirements:
- Basic PC & network skills
- Effective problem-solving
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrated customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate English
