Job Description

As a seasoned professional with expertise in business process optimization and technical project management, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. Your meticulous approach to stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and functional specification development will ensure seamless implementation and maximum value delivery.

  • Gather and document detailed business requirements through thorough stakeholder engagement and translation into actionable functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management features to analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, prepare comprehensive training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain open communication channels with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful solution delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagram creation.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration.
  • Proficiency in basic programming/scripting languages such as Apex and SOQL is highly beneficial.
