Regional Representation

Represent KWS with local authorities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and corporate standards.

Business Development

Implement sustainable and profitable growth through strategic planning, sales management, and marketing efforts.

Operational Management

Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring synergy across the organization.

Recruitment and Talent Development

Recruit top talent, foster team stability, resolve conflicts, and support employee development.

Coordinate budget planning, forecasting, and fiscal year targets. Ensure cost-effective logistics and product delivery across the Nordic region. Implement marketing and commercial strategies aligned with regional objectives.

Reporting and Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely reporting to HQ and the Administration Center in Berlin. Monitor and implement global and local frameworks for compliance.
