Accounts Payable Specialist

This role involves the administration and recording of expenses, including overheads, employee expenses, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations. You will also be responsible for maintaining supplier master data and ensuring all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable in Brazil, with a solid understanding of Brazilian tax requirements applicable to bill payments, including knowledge of withholding taxes. Experience with NetSuite and/or other ERP systems is also desirable.

1. Ensure adherence to accounts payable policies and procedures.
2. Maintain supplier master data.
3. Process and perform accounting registration for local payment methods.
4. Reconcile and integrate accounts payable balances.
5. Assist with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.

• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable in Brazil.
• Proven expertise in processing and performing the accounting registration for local payment methods.
• Solid understanding of Brazilian tax requirements applicable to bill payments.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or other ERP systems.
• Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
