Job Overview

The Full Stack Engineer is a key role within our organization, responsible for building robust applications using Python (back-end) and React (front-end), while leveraging Large Language Models to accelerate and enhance the development process.

This position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications with a strong emphasis on Python-based back-end services. You will work with AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or CLI-based agents like Claude Code to streamline coding, testing, and deployment.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment. You will also stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in AI-enhanced development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable full-stack applications with a focus on Python-based back-end services.
  • Build and optimize React-based front-end components.
  • Integrate and optimize workflows with AI-assisted coding tools (LLMs, code agents, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications with a focus on Python back-end services.
  • Solid knowledge of React for front-end development.
  • Experience in LLM-assisted development environments (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or any other).
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best software engineering practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in AI/ML concepts or experience integrating AI services.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
