Senior Communication Specialist

Key Role Summary
About the Position
You will play a key role in driving communications plans and campaigns aligned with local market opportunities and business focuses. This position is responsible for maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class communications that support business growth in the region.

Main Responsibilities
In this opportunity, you will:
- Communicate corporate brand and messages internally and externally through researching, writing, and editing content such as press releases, white papers, speeches, internal communications, online communications, and other related documents.
- Showcase our organization as a Thought Leader and support delivery of a gold standard employee experience.
- Coordinate development and execution of tactical communications plans.
- Handle media inquiries, create media opportunities to work story pillars across the market.
- Coordinate external and internal communications activities such as Town Halls, media events, and trade shows.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of communication strategies, being accountable for local communications KPIs. Use Data and Technology More Effectively for Best-in-Class Communications;
- Collaborate closely with global Communications teams to share insights, adopt best practices, and ensure strategies are scalable and effective.
- Build and nurture relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders to amplify communications impact and reinforce market presence.
- Partner, advise, and empower internal stakeholders to support thriving communications culture.

Requirements and Qualifications
You're a fit for this role if your background includes:
- At least 5 years in communications, preferably experienced in marketing B2B software, cloud, fintech, or content solutions.
- Results-oriented approach with proven track record in data-driven communications and drive for continuous innovation.
- Excellent communication skills with native-level proficiency in Portuguese, and advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Deep passion for making direct impact on our organization's brand and company's growth.
- Ability to navigate and collaborate effectively within matrixed organization, engaging with stakeholders across various functions and regions.
- Capacity to work autonomously, managing priorities to maximize business impact.
- Proficiency in coordinating with external agencies and leveraging in-house expertise.
- Strong relationship management abilities, capable of connecting with internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Collaborative team player, contributing positively to collective goals.
