Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the development and optimization of products by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and communicating product vision and strategy, conducting market research, tracking industry developments, and understanding their implications on product vision and strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy in line with business goals
  • Conduct market research and track industry developments to inform product decisions
  • IDentify market need and work with stakeholders to define product scope and position
  • Develop and manage product business metrics, including cost, feature, functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Determine and communicate risks and resolution plans to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain product definition, roadmap, and customer-facing service level agreements
  • Prioritize product backlog and maintain a product vision
  • Drive go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for products
  • Encourage experimentation and learning cycles
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and customer advisory boards
Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience in technology product management within an enterprise environment
  • SUCCESSful delivery of collaboration solutions to enterprises
  • Proven experience in providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlogs, and documentation for technology solutions
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, industry trends, and technology standards
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate concepts to senior management, stakeholders, vendors, and customers
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders
  • Experience writing technical stories using industry-standard notations
