
Chief Product Visionary

This executive role is responsible for driving product strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to clients in the pre-sales process. Key responsibilities include providing strategic product consulting, leading and facilitating discovery sessions, influencing decision-making by articulating clear product strategies and validating business value. This involves developing compelling proposals that align with clients' business needs, defining and estimating design efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design with business strategy and technical feasibility.
The successful candidate will have experience in executive roles such as Director/Head/VP of Product Strategy, or Manager roles in Product Management and UX Design. Strong expertise in product strategy, user experience, and business acumen are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, comfortable leading client discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders.
About the Role- Drive product strategy, defining and refining product concepts with clients.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, shaping product visions and ensuring structured approaches to defining business problems and opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, aligning with clients' business needs and goals.
- Executive/Managerial experience: Conduct meetings with executive stakeholders, creating and driving presentations that showcase strategic thinking with clear business impact.
- Experience: 3+ years in Executive roles such as Director/Head/VP of Product Strategy, and/or 5+ years of Manager roles in Product Management and UX Design.
- Expertise in Product Strategy: Ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients.
- Strong UX Background: Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
- Consultative Mindset: Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit.
- Excellent Communication: Comfortable leading client discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders.
