Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting and Tax Manager to join our team at Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. in Brazil. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our accounting and tax operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the accounting and tax department, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and compliance with Brazilian laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement internal control procedures to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal control procedures.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of local tax laws, policies, and accounting principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively across geographies and functions.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
