Contract Specialist: Essential Roles and Responsibilities

About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to provide critical support to our SAP system, focusing on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Price Uploader.
Main Objectives
  • To review contracts for completeness and collaborate with resources to create/revise contracts as required.
  • To compile and analyze data, entering contract information into the database and maintaining historical records.
  • To monitor notification alerts and work closely with resources to execute contracts, update expiration dates, and adjust for post-award changes.
  • To assist in maintaining regional price books and databases within SAP.
Key Requirements
  • A degree in General Commerce or related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with contracts, proposals, and tenders, as well as contract review or negotiations, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in desktop productivity tools, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
