About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) team at SAP. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our customers by providing expert architecture guidance and leading them towards the next step of their transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide enterprise architecture guidance to transformation leaders, applying RISE Methodology and Clean Core principles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving architecture effectiveness and shaping the agenda for customer success.
  • Prepare and support adoption towards full consumption, identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks.
  • Align with partners to SAP's Clean Core mantra and promote SAP best practices.
  • Provide customer context to all teams requested to contribute to the overall customer transformation effort.
Requirements
  • Strong focus on customer success outcomes.
  • Solid experience in a customer experience role, with a solid understanding of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP's product, technology, and services portfolio from a customer value perspective.
  • Experience in using SAP LeanIX & Signavio as tools to document Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise Business transformation through Application delivery.
  • Strong network and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage effectively in a networked and matrixed team environment.
