We are seeking a seasoned Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Brazil.

  • Timely Delivery Management: Ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment to support project or production schedules.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Closely coordinate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and project teams to track progress, resolve delays, ensure compliance with delivery requirements and quality standards.
  • Proactive Communication: Maintain proactive communication to avoid disruptions and ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Bottleneck Prevention: Monitor critical items to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
  • Risk Escalation: Escalate risks when necessary to maintain project timelines.
About You
  • Experience: 10+ years in expediting, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in industrial sectors such as Mining, Steel, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Manufacturing.
  • ERP Systems: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Incoterms: Knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Logistics Expertise: Experience with national and international logistics and vendor follow-up.
  • Coordination Skills: Strong coordination, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills to manage supplier performance and critical delivery timelines.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and proactive.
  • Communication Skills: Good oral fluency.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint preparation.
